Your product’s warranty

All warranty details, including the duration, coverage and any specific conditions, are listed on the individual product page. Please review these before purchasing, as warranty terms may differ between products.

What is covered

Where a warranty is provided, it covers manufacturing defects that arise during normal household use within the stated warranty period, subject to the terms shown on the product page.

Any repair or replacement will depend on the applicable warranty and an assessment of the reported fault.

What is not covered

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, warranty coverage excludes:

• Accidental damage, including drops, impacts and glass breakage.
• Damage caused by water entering electrical components or motor units.
• Misuse, commercial use or failure to follow the product’s care and operating instructions.
• Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
• Normal wear and tear, and damage to non-stick coatings caused by metal utensils, excessive heat or improper care.

Getting help with a warranty claim

Contact us with your order reference, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video where possible. Please keep the product and all its accessories while we review your request.

We’ll review the information and explain the next steps within two working days. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can guide you through the process.
