Order details: your name, phone number, optional email, delivery address, district and the products you order.
Account details: if you create an account, your sign-in email or phone. Passwords and recovery codes are stored only as one-way hashes.
Google sign-in: if you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name and email address with us. We never receive your Google password or anything else from your Google account.
Payment information: bank transfer slips you upload, which are visible only to our administrators. Where card payment is available, it is entered on PayHere’s secure payment page. Clevrast never sees or stores your full card details.
Browsing information: basic technical details such as your browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the website running and secure.

3. How we use your information

To confirm, prepare and deliver your order and keep you updated on its progress.
To verify payments and manage instalment plans.
To answer your questions and help with exchanges, refunds and warranty claims.
To improve our website, products and service.
To prevent fraud and protect our customers and business.

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you:

Delivery partners receive your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.
PayHere processes card payments.
Google provides sign-in if you choose to use it.
Our hosting provider stores the website and its data securely.

Our website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and payment slips and order records are available only to authorised staff. While we take care to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We keep order records for as long as needed to provide your order, warranty support and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
