Terms & conditions

These terms apply when you use clevrast.lk and when you place an order with Clevrast. Please read them before you buy.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

1. Use of the website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your account sign-in details confidential and for activity under your account.
• Please provide accurate, complete information when you order, so we can deliver and contact you.
• You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

2. Product information and pricing

We work to keep product descriptions, images, specifications and prices accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is error-free. Colours and finishes may look slightly different on your screen.

Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR) and exclude delivery, which is calculated at checkout from packed weight and district. Prices and availability may change without notice, and promotions are valid only for the period stated. If an item is listed at an incorrect price, we will contact you before confirming your order.

3. Orders and payments

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error or a payment cannot be verified. If this happens, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

By placing an order, you authorise payment of the total shown at checkout, including delivery. We accept:

• Bank transfer: available island-wide. Your items are reserved for 30 minutes while you complete checkout, then for 24 hours while we verify your transfer. Orders are confirmed only after the payment is verified.
• Cash on delivery: available for delivery addresses in Gampaha District.

Clevrast instalment plans

• Available to signed-in customers on selected products, interest-free, with equal monthly payments. Delivery is included in the plan total.
• Your items are reserved for you once we confirm your first payment, and delivered when the plan is fully paid.
• You can settle the remaining balance early at any time from your account.
• If a payment is late, we’ll contact you to agree the next step.

4. Shipping and delivery

We deliver to all 25 districts in Sri Lanka. Bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment is verified. Most orders arrive within 2 - 4 working days after dispatch, but delivery times are estimates and may vary with location and the courier’s schedule. See our Delivery page for details.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Product warranties are described on each product page and our Warranty page.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics and the Clevrast logo, belongs to Clevrast or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. The Harvest and KöLAX are trademarks of their respective owners. Clevrast is an independent retailer.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clevrast is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Products are covered only by the warranty stated on their product page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Sri Lankan consumer law.

8. Changes, termination and governing law

We may update these terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date, so please check them from time to time. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the website. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
