Clear delivery charges

Your delivery charge is shown at checkout before you place your order, so you’ll know the full total before confirming your purchase.

Getting your order to you

For bank transfer orders, we arrange dispatch once your payment is verified. Cash on delivery orders within Gampaha District are prepared for dispatch as soon as your order is confirmed.

Most orders arrive within 2 - 4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may occasionally vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. You can check your order’s progress through your account.

A little care on arrival

Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives. If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

Keep the original packaging and all accessories, as we may ask for photos to help us review your concern. We’ll look into the details and guide you through the next steps.
