Description

Bring more space and flexibility to everyday cooking with The Harvest Non-Stick Wok for Fried Rice & Kottu. Its broad cooking surface is well suited to Sri Lankan favourites such as fried rice, chicken or cheese kottu, vegetable kottu and noodles.

It is also useful for stir-frying vegetables, sautéing meat, preparing seafood and cooking curries. The spacious shape gives you room to mix ingredients without overcrowding the cooking surface.

The dual-layer non-stick coating helps food release more easily and makes cleaning simpler. The coating is PFOA-free, while the induction-compatible composite base allows the wok to be used on induction, gas, electric and ceramic hobs.

The long Bakelite handle provides a comfortable grip while stirring, tossing and serving. Choose the 30 cm size for regular household portions, or the 36 cm size when preparing larger batches for the family or guests.

Select your preferred size and colour at Clevrast Sri Lanka. This product is eligible for replacement if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, subject to assessment.

Care & use

Wash the wok with warm water and mild washing-up liquid before first use. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Use low to medium heat and avoid heating the wok while empty. For kottu, heat the wok gradually before adding the ingredients.
Use wooden, silicone or other heat-resistant non-metal utensils to help protect the non-stick surface.
Allow the wok to cool before washing. Clean with a soft sponge and avoid abrasive cleaners and metal scourers.
Keep gas flames beneath the base and avoid allowing flames to extend up the sides of the wok.
