Care & use
- Read the supplied manual before first use. Check that the gasket, lid and pressure-release components are correctly fitted, clean and undamaged.
- Use the required amount of liquid and stay within the specified fill limits. Never heat the cooker empty, pressure-fry with oil or modify its safety components.
- Allow pressure to release using the method specified for your recipe and cooker. Keep hands and face away from escaping steam.
- After use, allow the cooker to cool before cleaning. Follow the manual’s instructions for dismantling and washing components, then dry thoroughly before storage. Replace worn parts with compatible replacements.

Questions
Is this an electric pressure cooker?
No. This cooker uses heat from a compatible hob. It does not plug into an electrical socket.
What can I cook in it?
Use recipes designed for pressure cooking, such as curries, soups and stews. Follow the supplied manual for suitable ingredients, liquid quantities, cooking methods and pressure release.
Can I fill it with 5 litres of food?
No. The stated capacity is the pot’s nominal volume, not its permitted cooking fill level. Keep within the manual’s maximum fill limits, including any lower limits for foods that expand or foam.
When can I open the lid?
Only open the cooker after pressure has fully released, following the supplied instructions. Never force the lid open or rely on elapsed time alone to judge whether it is safe.
What warranty is included?
This product includes a 1-year one-to-one replacement warranty, subject to the warranty terms. Keep your proof of purchase and contact Clevrast if you need assistance with a claim.
